Course Duration:

The course starts at 5pm the evening before the date shown and ends at 3pm on the last date
Previous Experience:
Competent Crew or similar.
Ability After Course:
Passage planning and offshore and coastal sailing experience.
Cost:
£550 per person or if there is agreement by all to have 4 onboard then £500 per person

This is a 5 day course where the crew decide where to go, plan the passage and take us there! They will be involved in the planning previous to this course commencing. Although this course is held by a club qualified RYA instructor this is not an RYA course.
This course is a great way for skippers to expand their experience, perhaps with a view to complete your RYA Coastal Skipper and beyond or Yachtmaster and need to gain some extra miles and passages.
Whether cross channel to Cherbourg or down to Plymouth, after first having looked the weather and tides, your experienced club RYA qualified Instructor will help you pull together a passage plan to get you there! Or you can just come along for the ride and get some miles under your belt.
The price includes the yacht and instructor, waterproofs, but not food or mooring fees which are shared between the crew.
Previous Milebuilder passages completed were Hamble – Yarmouth – Weymouth – Cherbourg and Hamble. This is all very weather dependant and crew dependant.
